Lake Baringo

Lake Baringo is a large freshwater lake in the northern Rift Valley of Kenya and one of the most rewarding birding destinations in East Africa. Lake Baringo is located approximately two hundred eighty kilometers from Nairobi and can be accessed by road via Nakuru or Eldoret. The journey typically takes five to six hours depending on the route and road conditions.
